We’re excited to hear from you! Please fill out this form in full so we can give your request the attention it deserves. While we receive many requests and may not be able to fulfill them all, each request is given careful consideration.
To give us enough time to plan, please submit your request at least 30 days in advance.
Host a McTeacher's Night
Please complete this form in full to request a McTeacher’s Night event for your school. Your school will take home 20% of sales made during your event.
While we receive many requests and may not be able to accommodate them all, each one is given thoughtful consideration. To help us plan effectively, we kindly ask that requests be submitted at least 30 days in advance.
Location & Time
Events are hosted at a Hogan Family McDonald’s location, Monday through Wednesday from 4-7.
Application Timeline
Requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the suggested event date. Expect to hear from us within one week of submission.
Promotion Commitment
School partners agree to a minimum of two weeks of event promotion before the event. We encourage schools to distribute the provided flyers around classrooms and local businesses.
Social Media & Marketing
Our team will provide social media content and school partners agree to share it on their own channels, tagging ‘Hogan Family McDonald’s’ on social media posts.
Community Engagement
Recruit volunteers to help with the event, share your cause and make the event memorable for families and supporters.
